New Patient Registration

consultation1The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area.

The practice has an open list and accepts patients living within Selsey and the surrounding areas including Sidlesham and Highleigh. Patients are required to complete a registration form at the reception desk which will notify MEDICAL RECORDS of your transfer. Two forms of photographice identification, e.g. passport, driving licence and a proof of address i.e. a utility bill are required.
