Call Recording Notice

Please be aware that all incoming and outgoing telephone calls to and from the practice are recorded.

Call recordings are used for legitimate business purposes, including staff training, quality assurance, service improvement, patient and staff safety, and the investigation of complaints or incidents.

Recordings are processed and stored securely in accordance with UK data protection legislation and the NHS Records Management Code of Practice. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
